BellTower was founded in the spring of 2009, when the current owners purchased the 1927 historic building from Pullman Baptist Church, after the church had been officially closed for over 5 years, and the building had been left vacant.

The 15,000 sf building went through an initial renovation and adaptive re-use into its current event venue and commercial office space uses, and was re-opened to the public in the fall of 2009. Since that time, the BellTower building has gone through additional renovations and has been host to a wide variety of private and public events and entertainment.

BellTower recently went through its most significant renovation to date, with a full restaurant addition and expansion.  BellTower is now home to one of Pullman’s most popular and long established fine dining restaurants, Swilly’s Pony Bar & Bistro.  Swilly’s is opened Monday-Saturday, 11:00am-Late and offers full bar, lunch and dinner services.  Private banquet and outdoor patio dining available.

In addition to Swilly’s, a new privately owned coffee shop named ROOST Coffee & Market, opened in the fall of 2014.  ROOST has quickly become a local favorite, uniquely offering a selection of hand crafted coffee, house made pastries, desserts and sandwiches.
